Our office has agreed to accept the fee scale offered by your insurance company, which is at a discounted rate. Although we participate as a contracted provider with your insurance, deductibles and co-pays still apply- albeit at a lower rate than a non-network provider.
For your convenience, our office calls your insurance company to verify your benefits (and to obtain authorizations when necessary). However, the insurance company does not guarantee payment on the benefits quoted.
Any deductibles, coinsurance and co-pays stated by your insurance are your responsibility.
